As our Executive Head Chef, you will:
Craft and oversee seasonally-inspired vegetarian menus for our three locations of Atelier September
Lead and mentor dynamic kitchen teams across all locations and collaborate with the management team to continuously improve the guest experience
Ensure the highest quality and presentation standards are consistently met
Drive innovation while maintaining consistency across all kitchens
Oversee kitchen operations and maintain health & safety standards at all locations
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef
Culinary and creative skills in modern fine dining and vegetarian cuisine
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Passion for local, sustainable ingredients
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and kitchens
